Caruso School of Law Diversity Enhancement Fund
For too long, the law has been exclusionary. Pepperdine Caruso School of Law seeks to change that.
Informed by our faith-based values we believe that each person’s voice, convictions, and experiences enhance our community and that richness enhances how we administer justice and work in the law. We believe that embracing diversity, including people of all backgrounds and identities, and enhancing the voices of our vast student body develops greater opportunities for service, helps our students find their purpose, and creates better leaders.
We have done this work through our Race and the Law series, our Reimagining Justice series, our Martin Luther King Day Speakers Event, and the creation of the Belonging Awards, a time when we celebrate our students, faculty, staff, and alumni who are working to make the law a place where all belong.
We know that this work is only the beginning and we invite you to partner with us as we move forward. Your support will fund speakers for rigorous conversations, provide resources for student organizations, and support student scholarships. Be part of opening possibilities and imagining a greater way, a way that builds on all of the good work this school has done in the past.
