The PKE Wayne Strom Leadership Endowment
Emeritus Professor of Behavioral Science, Dr. Wayne L. Strom passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2020. His primary interests were in organizational performance enhancement and spirituality in business. He touched many lives for the good during his exceptional career as a professor, executive coach, and civic leader.
Dr. Strom became a full-time Pepperdine faculty member in 1970. In 1971, he was one of three founders of the prestigious Pepperdine Presidential and Key Executive MBA Program and in 1986 founded the Pepperdine Civic Leadership project. He served as Associate Dean, Director of Graduate Programs, and Chair of various academic committees throughout his career and was selected as a Harriet and Charles Luckman Distinguished Teaching Fellow in 1991.
